Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card required and it doesn't expire. You get the full live loop — QR feedback by zone, live portal, basic feedback analytics and a basic AI report on up to 3 analyzed events a month — with GuestSight branding on the QR codes.
What's a location?
A location is an always-on venue — a restaurant, café, bar, gym, studio, hotel, or coworking space. Instead of a report at close, a location collects feedback continuously and gets a weekly AI report every Monday, with week-over-week trends. Premium comes with 1 location included; Agency has 5 locations included. Need more? Email hello@guestsight.ai.
Yearly or monthly — which should I pick?
Yearly is the default and the better deal: Premium is $29/month billed annually ($348/year) instead of $39 month-to-month — about 26% less. Monthly is there if you'd rather stay flexible.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the billing month; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. No cancellation fees.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it's added at checkout based on your billing country.
What's the difference between Premium and Agency?
Premium is built for one organization running its own events. Agency is for teams running events for clients: multi-company workspaces, white-label reports and surveys, priority support with an onboarding call, and API & integrations on request — with unlimited analyzed events and zones within fair use.
How do I get the Agency plan?
Agency is set up personally rather than through self-serve checkout. Email hello@guestsight.ai and we'll get you running — usually within a day. It's $89/month billed annually ($1,068/year) or $119 month-to-month.
