Premium comes with 1 location included; Agency has 5 locations included.

Yearly is the default and the better deal: Premium is $29/month billed annually ($348/year) instead of $39 month-to-month — about 26% less. Monthly is there if you'd rather stay flexible.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the billing month; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. No cancellation fees.

GuestSight is sold to businesses and organizations only. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it's added at checkout based on your billing country. Checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency.

You buy from us; Stripe Managed Payments handles the payment. Sold through Link, LLC (part of Stripe) is the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the invoice and handles VAT. Checkout shows “Sold through Link”, receipts come from Link, and your card statement shows LINK.COM*.

Premium is built for one organization running its own events. Agency is for teams running events and venues for clients: unlimited analyzed events and zones within fair use, 5 locations included, priority support with an onboarding call, and API & integrations on request.
