WHAT GUESTS DO · WHAT YOU SEE

They scan. You see it. The night gets better.

No app, no login, no survey next week. Feedback happens in the moment, tied to the zone where it happened.

WHAT YOU GET

Three moments. All included.

The same 30-second scans power the whole chain — tonight, at close, and the next time you open the doors.

01 · TONIGHT

A live feed you can act on

Every scan lands in your portal the second it's sent. When a zone clusters negative, your phone gets a push — at 21:38, not next week.

02 · AT CLOSE

One report, ready at close.

What they loved, what they complained about — by zone and by hour, condensed into three concrete priorities.

03 · NEXT EVENT

Walk in already better.

The next event opens with last event's fixes on the checklist. That's the part that compounds.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

The day-after survey — the dessert, not the meal.

Already have your guests' emails? GuestSight drafts a follow-up survey around the themes the night surfaced. When answers come back, you get a second report that closes the loop. The live loop above works without it.

ONE NIGHT WITH GUESTSIGHT

Friday, replayed.

21:12

A guest at Table 12 scans. Two stars — “20 min wait at the bar.” It's in your portal before her drink arrives.

21:38

Your phone buzzes. Twelve similar comments in twenty minutes: bar wait, sentiment 3.1 and falling.

21:45

Second bartender on. You watch bar sentiment climb on the portal: 3.1 → 4.3 by 22:10. The fix happens tonight, not in a spreadsheet next week.

00:05

Doors close. The report is already there. What they loved, what broke, three priorities for next Friday.

+1 DAY

OPTIONAL — If you have their emails: a follow-up survey drafted around tonight's themes. Answers come back as a second report.

THE 5-STAR PROBLEM

Five-star reviews and honest feedback used to be enemies.

Beg for stars and you learn nothing. Ask for honesty in public and your rating pays for it. GuestSight asks one genuine question, privately, first — then routes what happens next.

Beg every guest for five stars

The rating survives. The truth dies — nobody types what went wrong in public.

Ask for honest feedback in public

You learn things — attached to 2-star ratings the whole city can read.

Ask privately first. Then route.

Positive answers get a one-tap invite to post on Google. Negative ones go to your portal only. The rating grows. The truth still reaches you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long does setup take?
About an hour for your first event. Create the event, name your zones, print the QR codes, place them. No hardware, no integrations, nothing to install.
Will guests really scan a QR code?
The ask is small: one rating, an optional comment — about 30 seconds, no app, no login, no signup. Guests answer in the moment, when it's easiest to be honest and the details are fresh.
What counts as an alert?
You're notified when something clusters: several negative mentions of the same theme in one zone in a short window, or a zone's sentiment dropping fast. One grumpy comment won't page you.
Who sees negative feedback?
Only you. Critical comments go to your portal and nowhere else — they're never posted publicly, and guests are told so before they type. That privacy is exactly why they tell you the truth.
Does GuestSight replace Google reviews?
No — it feeds them. Happy guests get a one-tap invite to share their words on Google, so your public rating keeps growing while honest feedback reaches you privately.
What's in the report?
Report #1 is ready at close: what guests loved and what they complained about, by zone and by hour, condensed into three concrete priorities for your next event. If you run the optional day-after survey, its answers come back as a second report — the survey's tailored questions, answered by everyone.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the period; single events are one-off purchases with no commitment. [EXACT TERMS — TBD]
